ABOUT ME
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2003 and have since worked in a range of NHS hospitals and private clinics, including St Mary’s Hospital Paddington, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Charing Cross GP Service, and several physiotherapy practices in Surrey.

In addition to physiotherapy, I’m also qualified in Musculoskeletal Acupuncture and Pilates. I take a holistic approach to treatment, drawing on these complementary skills to support each client’s recovery and long-term wellbeing. You can find more detail about these approaches on the relevant pages.

I have a particular interest in shoulder pathology, but I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:

-
Osteoarthritis
-
Sporting and running injuries
-
Back and neck pain
-
Neuropathic pain
-
Knee, foot, and ankle pain
-
Headaches
-
Ante-natal and post-natal conditions
-
Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
-
Pre- and post-operative rehab
-
Chronic pain and long-term musculoskeletal conditions

Outside of work, I’m a mum of two and enjoy walking my dog, playing tennis, and practising Pilates.
